Event entertainment programming session at Qrolmoxe Jyz

Where event programming becomes craft

Qrolmoxe Jyz is a remote education platform built around one specific discipline — designing and running entertainment programmes for live events. We teach the thinking behind the schedule, not just the schedule itself.

Behind the scenes of event programme planning

How we got here

Founded in 2018, Qrolmoxe Jyz started from a straightforward observation: most people entering event work had no structured way to learn how entertainment programming actually works. They picked things up on the job, often by making costly mistakes in front of live audiences.

We built a curriculum around the real decisions a programme director faces — pacing a three-hour show, managing performer transitions, reading crowd energy and adjusting on the fly. The content is specific because the job is specific.

The people behind it

Daryna has spent over a decade running entertainment programmes for corporate events, festivals, and theatre productions across Eastern Europe. She built the Qrolmoxe Jyz curriculum from her own working notes — the kind of reference material she wished she'd had early in her career.

The rest of the team brings in expertise from adjacent areas: stage management, broadcast scheduling, and audience experience research. Each person teaches from active practice, not from a fixed script.
